We meet on most Monday evenings at 6:00 for 6:15pm until around 8:00pm, except for Public Holidays and the occasional outside visit or event. If you are considering a visit to us, it is always best to check with us beforehand.
We are always pleased to welcome visitors from other Rotary clubs and others with an interest in Rotary. Non members can only visit by invitation, so if not yet a member (Why?!!) but interested in Rotary, please contact us first,
then we can arrange to provide you with information about Rotary.

The Hotel, a 500 year old coaching inn, is part of the Best Western Group and is situated in the town centre on the A508 as it runs through Market Harborough. Our Stewards always check at the Hotel Reception for potential visitors just before our meeting and meet them in the bar just after 6:00pm.
Full directions and map are on the Hotel website, however the following will be useful as there is a one way system and car parking is at the rear of the hotel. If you click the MAP link above, you willl see an aerial view, the red circle marks the front of the hotel and the car park entrance is at the junction of Fairfield Street and School Street to the rear.
Part of the car park is clearly visible as the red brick paved area.
From the North: Following the A6 from Leicester, turn right at McDonalds roundabout, (B6047/A508) and descend into the town centre, due to the one way system, it is necessary to pass the hotel and turn right at the first set of traffic lights into Coventry Road then right at the petrol station (mini-roundabout) to find the Hotel car parks a few yards up on the right.
From the South: From Northampton, follow signs for A508 Market Harborough, or if coming along the A14 leave at Junction 2. Head North on the A508 to Market Harborough, then on entering the town pass through two sets of traffic lights a
nd turn left at the next set at the main square into Coventry Road, turn right at the petrol station (mini-roundabout)
then into the Hotel car parks a few yards up on the right.
From the West: Either from the M6, at the end (M6/M1/A14 junction), proceed onto the A14 and follow "From the South" above or leave the M1 at Lutterworth (J20), heading east on the A427, towards Market Harborough, for approx 12 miles, after passing the Market Harborough town sign, at the first roundabout keep to the town centre signs entering the town on Coventry Road and watch for the petrol station (mini-roundabout), turn left then right a few yards up into Hotel car parks.
From the East: From Corby, Follow the A427 into the town centre where at the traffic lights, facing the main square, you cannot go straight ahead, turn right, then left at the next lights a few yards up into Coventry Road, then right at the petrol station (mini-roundabout) and right into the Hotel car parks a few yards up.
Extra Parking: Parking is not usually a problem in the evenings, however just in case, there are several sign-posted car parks within walking distance of the hotel, try going back down to the petrol station, turn left, proceed up to the No Entry signs
and there you must turn right into a large car park.
By Rail: East Midland Trains services from Leeds/Nottingham/Sheffield, or London (Kings Cross/St Pancras) to Market Harborough Station, you can grab a cab, but it is only a straightforward half mile walk to the town centre square traffic lights, along St Mary's Road, then turn right up High Street and the Hotel is approx 250 yards up on the left, just after the Old Grammar School which is on the right (see home page photo)
