Friends of the Rotary Club of Market Harborough
What are Friends?
Friends can join in with Rotary, without being a full member.
A Friend of the Rotary Club of Market Harborough will be able to help in the service activities of the club and join in the social activities. Friends are willing to help out at club functions but are unable to commit to full membership at the moment.
Rotary is an international service organisation. There are over 1.2million members in 34,000 clubs in over 225 countries. As a Friend of Rotary you can become a part of Rotary and discover the opportunities and fellowship that it offers.
We meet usually at the Waterfront restaurant, Union Wharf, LE16 7UW, on Mondays at 6 for 6.15pm until about 8.00pm. We start with a meal and then a speaker or event. We enjoy a two course meal for only £12.50, with excellent service (for location, click “Find Us”.
Friends are invited to make an annual donation of £20 to the club's charitable giving fund. This fund is used by the club for donations to organisations and charities, both local and international. The money in the fund is raised by various events throughout the year.
